Liam Brewer and his team have spent the past four months reconstructing my previously leaky home. The major part of the project was a whole new roof with an overhang of 1.8m. This included, around the house, the installation of 31 timber posts with laminated flitched beams and pitch exposed rafters to support the overhang.
A huge amount of steel reinforcing and concrete work was necessary to secure the timber posts and overhang. Brewer Builders used their excavation equipment to clear the section before commencement of the building work. Concrete, consisting of garden plots and pathways, was also broken up and removed.
At all times Liam and his team have worked with sound ethics, good communication, diligence, tidiness and best of all, absolute perfect attention to detail. Their workmanship has been impeccable and I feel very fortunate that Brewer Builders came to my rescue.
