1950’s Replica new build of classic Character building

A Majestic 1950’s Character Triple Garage with Self Contained Apartment. Designed from the ground up this new build had to replicate the existing dwelling, therefore had to look like it had ‘Always Been There’. From timber windows and doors to the high-end fixtures and fittings throughout this gorgeous sunny replica character home, this grand lady borrows from the past with pride.

Build Spec

To Provide a triple car garage including a dedicated workshop space accessible to the
existing dwelling, a separate room for storage or a home office, along with a private entry
self-contained apartment, for rental purposes.
Transferring the character of the existing home to this project from timber windows and
doors to the high-end fixtures and fittings throughout this gorgeous sunny apartment,
achieved the required result.
The new wooden stairway sets off the entry to the large covered, semi-enclosed sun-
drenched old-style veranda which leads you into this light airy apartment, with coved
ceilings, wall panels, soft furnishings, lighting and the stunning high-end character kitchen
and bathroom.
