Earthquakes happen almost every day in New Zealand. Located in Regents Park, Christchurch, this project consisted of a full renovation to an existing 4-bedroom double-storey home following a damage caused by the Canterbury Earthquakes.

The earthquake repairs completed by the team at Brewer Builders included:
- 2 new bathrooms
- New en suite
- Full internal plaster and paint (earthquake repairs)
- New bamboo flooring to dining and lounge areas
- Fireplace restoration
- Re-alignment of internal doors
- Kitchen restorations
- Bathroom restorations
