This was a damaged property from the Canterbury earthquakes, our clients owned this property which needed full EQC repairs and a full renovation and relevel to bring the property back to life and up to code.

Work completed by the Brewer Builders team included:
- Full relevel under pin
- New roof
- Internal and External paint and plaster
- New deck replacement
- Partial footpath, drains and driveway replacement
