We engaged Brewer Buildings to rebuild our floor foundations and floor in half of our old beach house in late 2018.
The job involved removing the old floor, digging out a lot of sand, rebuilding with modern strengthened foundations and then replacing the floor.
We lived in the second part of the house and a sleepout for most of the 5 week build. The job was well planned and managed. The team at Brewers went through a lot of effort at the job and it showed we were kept well up to date with progress in person and via their amazing app while we were home and even while we were away on holiday.
We are very satisfied with the job and it has helped bring the old part of our house back into the modern era.
