“We had an amazing experience with Liam Brewer and his team. Our project was complicated as we needed complex EQC works done and we also wanted to add extensive renovations.
Liam did all the paperwork and applications to the Christchurch City Council and chased them up on our behalf. After that, his team and his contractors performed extensive EQC works and all our renovations. We never had to chase them, but they chased us!!!!
Our house looks amazing and the works are up to a very high standard.

I was extremely lucky to be teamed up with Liam and his team from Brewer because I didn’t just want to have a fit-out, I was looking for something like different and fantastic place to work. From day one Liam listened to what I needed and somehow managed to arrange every thing as per design and build exactly what I wanted. I had no designer or plans, only ideas that I had from my own research. He would listen, go away and do the research required, he would find the products and materials required and build everything with an outcome that was just perfect.
It wasn’t always easy to source the material, but Liam managed and the outcome is amazing. The shop is a one of a kind and very unique, we worked on a tight budget. Liam built what was required from what I would tell him a nd from Google Images.
Liam and his team were always very polite and respectful. I was on-site for the duration of the build and could not fault their professionalism. I can also say the same for the trades that Liam recommended for the build, i.e. paint ers, plumbers, electricians etc. They were all a great. Thank you Liam and your team for an amazing job. Our customers always comment and we are very proud of the beauty salon/work place you created for us.”

“After several years of planning, we now have a new roof and guttering, a new veranda, and a deck out the back. Through word of mouth, we approached Brewer Builders for a quote. We then contracted Brewer to restore two-thirds of the exterior.
