From timber windows and doors to the high-end fixtures and fittings throughout this gorgeous sunny replica character home, this grand lady borrows from the past with pride.

To Provide a triple car garage including a dedicated workshop space accessible to the existing dwelling, a separate room for storage or a home office, along with a private entry self-contained apartment, for rental purposes.

Transferring the character of the existing home to this project from timber windows and doors to the high-end fixtures and fittings throughout this gorgeous sunny apartment, achieved the required result. The new wooden stairway sets off the entry to the large covered, semi-enclosed sun-drenched old-style veranda which leads you into this light airy apartment, with coved ceilings, wall panels, soft furnishings, lighting and the stunning high-end character kitchen and bathroom.
