Situated on the hills of Christchurch, this project involved a significant renovation and alteration of an existing home.

A key part of the brief was to create an externally accessed and self-contained guest suite —an addition that adds both function and long-term value.

- Asbestos testing completed pre-demolition
- Demolition of existing upper floor and basement/storeroom
- Installation of a structural steel beam to support the new layout
- Roof repairs
- New aluminium joinery throughout
- Replace stairs and decking, and installation of a new modern balustrade
- New concrete driveway
