Commercial Expansion & Fit-Out 96 Cranford St

Brewer Builders completed an extension to the existing Hair Art & Beauty salon, creating a new, luxurious beauty spa area while allowing the business to continue operating throughout the build.

Located on a busy corner site, the project required careful planning and coordination to keep disruption to the existing salon to a minimum. Working around an operating business meant keeping the site organised, managing access and making sure the build could progress safely alongside day-to-day customers and staff.

The new extension has given Hair Art & Beauty additional space to expand their services, with a purpose-built beauty spa area that complements the existing hair salon.

The project was finished off with both hard and soft landscaping, tying the new extension into the existing building and giving the entire site a more complete, polished look.

A great example of making the most of an existing commercial space — with a new extension, a fresh look and minimal interruption to the business along the way.
