Five Home Development
Overview
This project involved the construction of five well-designed, single-storey homes as part of a five-lot Fee Simple subdivision, with a total build area of approximately 297m² across an 842m² site.
Before construction could begin, Brewer Builders assisted with arranging the demolition of the existing dwelling, which was beyond repair. The site also presented an unexpected challenge, with unforeseen issues arising during the project. Brewer Builders worked alongside the client and contractors to help navigate these challenges and keep the project moving forward.
The finished development features five 59m² homes, each with two bedrooms, one bathroom and off-street parking. Designed with practical, low-maintenance living in mind, the homes are well suited to downsizers, first-home buyers and smaller households.
Despite the challenges along the way, the project has delivered five quality new homes while making efficient use of the site and fitting comfortably within the existing neighbourhood.
