Multi-dwelling Rebuild and Renovations at Woolston
Overview
With full project management from conception to code of compliance, the vision for this multi-dwelling rebuild was the completion of 2 dwellings each consisting of 4 bedrooms and separate double garages.
Build Specs
Work completed by the Brewer Builders team included:
- Full site clearance prior to ground works
- Asbestos removal from contaminated ground
- Type 2b – 900mm timber and plywood floor foundations on TC3 land
- 2 x 124sqm 4-bedroom homes
- Rockcote cladding system
- Laminated J Framing for extra strength
- Full fit out and finishing including kwilla timber steps
