Two New Homes in Ashburton
Overview
This Ashburton project began with an existing dwelling that was unfortunately beyond repair. The property was subdivided under a Fee Simple title, with our clients wanting to make the most of the site. Brewer Builders worked alongside them through the design and planning stages to maximise the potential of the property.
The result is two brand new 140m² stand-alone family homes, splitting the 1,118m² section. Each home features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, designed with practical family living and healthy, warm homes in mind.
It’s been a great transformation for the site, replacing an unliveable dwelling with two quality new homes and giving the area a fresh look in the process.
