This was a damaged property from the Canterbury earthquakes that was purchased as-is-where-is and needed a full renovation and ring foundation re-level to bring the property back to life and up to code.

- Complete concrete ring foundation replacement and relevel
- Recladding to the entire house
- Strengthening the roof
- General Internal renovations
- Kitchen and bathroom replacement
